Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the very best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness, service, and support to you at all times.

The time frame for an orders delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our Allentown, Pennsylvania warehouse for dispatch within 24-72 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the customers destination. USA deliveries take anywhere from 1-7 days to arrive after processing time. International deliveries take 5-15 days to arrive after processing time.

2021 Delivery Notice:

Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions and the large volume of parcels going through postal shipping carriers, some packages may experience minor delays. Please note that our warehouse fulfillment center is actively working hard in having orders packaged and placed on a conveyor for shipment. Once an order has been packaged and placed on a conveyor with a shipping label, it can no longer be cancelled on our end until it arrives to its destination.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot cancel your order.

Our fulfillment center is very efficient and will usually have an order on the line within thirty minutes of the order being placed. *Therefore, asking for an address change or cancellation rarely can happen before the order ships out. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit or out for delivery.

If you are attempting to update your address, we ask that you first contact your shipping provider once your are emailed the tracking number before reaching out to Studio Lights. If the address is a minor change, they are most often able to adjust this on their own. Please contact us at support@studiolights.co once you have reached out to the shipping provider if you are in need of further assistance. 

If your order has already been delivered, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you. Contact us at support@studiolights.co to do this.

Attention: Studio Lights will always provide you with a tracking number. Studio Lights is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. If the shipping carrier that was used to deliver your package confirms that your order was delivered and placed in a specific spot, Studio Lights has completed their end of service. Studio Lights will only refund any extra shipping fees that were paid for, and 50% of the purchase order if a tracking number was not issued.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Please note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Studio Lights will not be held accountable and the order will still be shipped to the address provided. Studio Lights will not provide refunds for wrong information that is submitted on the customers behalf. If Studio Lights needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address, the customer is responsible for a 10% fee. If a customer refuses a Studio Lights delivery to cancel their order, they will be refunded, but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a 15% restocking fee.
