1 Year Warranty

Our 1 year warranty is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers products that are defective or malfunctioning within the 1 year period.

Studio Lights will ship the new replacement or repaired item back to the buyer.

Here is a list of situations that are NOT covered by the 1 year warranty:

• Defects or malfunction caused by misuse
• Abuse or improper maintenance
• Failure to follow operating instructions
• Cosmetic or incidental damage
• Unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product
• Normal wear and tear.
• Loss or theft.
• Product is defective/damaged because it was plugged into an incompatible voltage.

Note: As a part of our warranty rules, we ask that you send us photo(s) and/or video(s) evidence of the defective/malfunctioning product in order to approve your replacement or repair.
